Do I need to provide cleaning products ? |

No,we provide our own eco-friendly cleaning products, however if you prefer to use your products, we'll gladly oblige. |

Do I pay before a clean ? |
| |
You pay on satisfactory completion of the clean. |

How can I pay ? |
| |
Cash, Cheque backed by a bankers card or debit or credit card. |

How many cleaners will clean my home ? |
| |
This depends on the size of the property, but we send at least a minimum of 2 cleaners on a clean. However if it's a builders clean we normally send three people. |

How long will the cleaning take ? |
| |
The cleaning should take approximately 6 to 7 man hours (i.e. per individual). |

How close to the clean date do I need to book ? |
| |
We take advance booking of clean up to 12 weeks. You can change this date so long as you give us at least two days notice before the clean. We can also take cleaning appointments at short notice so long as we have an opening available. |

What if I am not satisfied with the clean ? |
| |
In the event you are not satisfied, call us within 24 hours and we will come back and do it at know extra cost to you. |

Do I have to be present when the cleaning is being done ? |
| |
You need not be present, however if you will like to be present we have no objections. |
